Our Facility and Atmosphere

We have a high standard for our housekeeping, maintenance, and free guest activities. You can be assured that when you stay at Elbow Lake Lodge you will be at a well-kept, clean, family-friendly resort.

Services and Activities

Few resorts our size can offer what we do. With a capacity of around 100 people we are in a unique position to offer a small resort feel but offer the services of a large resort.

We have a seasonal restaurant, catering service, serviced marina, mini-golf, planned child program, miles of hiking trails and miles of biking trails. We control about 200 acres of wilderness around us, we are the only resort on the lake, and we are a few minutes from snowmobile trails, cross country ski trials, great canoeing rivers, and more.

Our guest to staff ratio during our summer is about 1:6. This ensures that guests receive the attention they deserve.

Our Beach!

We own one of the nicest beaches in Northern Minnesota. It is about 700 feet of fine sand that faces west to enjoy the afternoon sun and sunsets. This is a perfect place to swim. 120 feet from shore, the depth is 3 feet. You have to go over 200 feet out to get to a depth you can dive in. The shallow water and afternoon sun exposure lets us enjoy water temperatures much higher than you would find at other area resorts.
